Darlene Davis

Darlene Davis has over 25 years of experience in the computer software and services industry. As executive consultant Darlene specializes in organization change management, acquisition integration, and growing operation efficiencies.

Having played key roles in every functional area that supports and drives a successful company has given Darlene an in depth knowledge and appreciation for the challenges of each individual organization and the necessity for them to work together as one team.

Prior to joining Haiden Business Solutions Darlene was Vice President of Business Operations for EMC. In this role she focused on acquisition integration as EMC acquired 5 software companies in 3 years. Before EMC, Darlene served as Vice President of Worldwide Business Operations for Legato Systems, where she was responsible for revenue operations, manufacturing and order fulfillment, new product operations readiness and sales and service contracts. During this time she also played a key role in acquisition integration, supporting Legato through 4 acquisitions.

In addition to her expertise in acquisition integration and strategic planning and execution, Darlene has a proven track record for organization change management, business process reengineering and corporate and business unit leadership. She began her career in the Silicon Valley working for high-tech giant IBM. After 16 years of learning the Storage Management business through various roles, she expanded her experience by working for small to mid-size companies. Darlene held leadership roles which included Sr. Director of OEM Technical Alliances, Director of Service Marketing, and Director of a product business unit where she had responsibility for engineering, product management and marketing. Darlene is now utilizing her expertise by partnering with companies to assist them in organization change management, acquisition integration and growing operational efficiencies.
