Kendra Dixon has over 15 years of professional experience in multiple
industries including Computer Software and Hardware, Retail and Restaurant Services, Sports and Entertainment, Community Development and Higher Education.

Founder of Haiden Business Solutions, Kendra has taken her love of technology and entrepreneurial spirit to create a company that allows her to work with companies on projects of all sizes. She is a results driven, personable business professional with a track record of success and talent for quickly mastering processes in multiple industries. She is accustomed to listening and analyzing client's needs and finding solutions to meet their objectives.

Before founding Haiden Business Solutions Kendra was the Marketing and Public Information Officer for Feather River Community College. Her tenure with FRC gave her great experience in the public sector and expanded her experience in marketing and communications as she led a marketing group comprised of faculty, administration and staff.  Resourceful with limited budgets, Kendra led the team to research, create and implement a marketing plan to build brand awareness and increase enrollment at the community college. 

Kendra's work with Cisco Systems in their Customer Briefing Center gained her the understanding of how important the customer experience is and the competitive advantage a well produced customer briefing can bring. Kendra won the Key Contributor Award in 2002 for her role in creating and implementing the Customer Briefing Centers internal portal.

Prior to Cisco Systems, Kendra worked with Infotel Inc, a market research firm where she was quickly promoted to Director of Client Services. In this role she worked with clients to create custom-designed mystery shopping programs that provided actionable, measurable information to improve the quality of customer satisfaction.

While Kendra finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing and Quantitative Studies she was able to work with the San Jose Sharks as a Coordinator in Community Development. This is where Kendra's love for project management began as she worked on projects large and small to raise funds and create programs to benefit the local community. Whether it was a silent auction, golf tournament or the annual
SharksFest, Kendra was in the trenches making sure every detail was attended to and the project was a success.

Kendra's broad work experience has given her the ability to be flexible and versatile.  She is able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure as well as be diplomatic and tactful with professionals and non-professionals at all levels. Kendra thrives in deadline-driven environments and has the knowledge and experience to keep your projects on task and on budget.
