Kendra Dixon Kendra Dixon has over 15 years of professional experience in multiple Prior to Cisco Systems, Kendra worked with Infotel Inc, a market research firm where she was quickly promoted to Director of Client Services. In this role she worked with clients to create custom-designed mystery shopping programs that provided actionable, measurable information to improve the quality of customer satisfaction. While Kendra finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing and Quantitative Studies she was able to work with the San Jose Sharks as a Coordinator in Community Development. This is where Kendra's love for project management began as she worked on projects large and small to raise funds and create programs to benefit the local community. Whether it was a silent auction, golf tournament or the annual SharksFest, Kendra was in the trenches making sure every detail was attended to and the project was a success. Kendra's broad work experience has given her the ability to be flexible and versatile. She is able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure as well as be diplomatic and tactful with professionals and non-professionals at all levels.
